Abstract: С перехом к рыночным отношениям в Российской Федерации возникла необходимость приспособить обучающую программу аграрных вузов и включить в ее дисциплину "учение о сельскохозяйственных рынках". Данная статья показывает, что до коллективизации сельского хозяйства в начале 1930-х годов в России существовала традиция по этому предмету, связанная с знаменитыми русскими экономистами Чаяновым и Кондратьевым.
