Abstract: Die Zuwanderung von Flüchtlingen wird in den nächsten Jahren die öffentlichen Haushalte erheblich belasten. Kostenschätzungen stehen dem Problem gegenüber, dass Prognosen der wesentlichen Einflussfaktoren mit großer Unsicherheit behaftet sind.
