Abstract: In der neoklassischen Wachstumstheorie wirkt der technische Fortschritt multiplikativ auf das Wachstum der Produktionsmöglichkeiten. Dabei wird angenommen, dass die als Solow Residuum (SR) berechnete totale Faktorproduktivität (TFP) einer konstanten oder zumindest hoch persistenten Wachstumsrate g folgt.
