WBULL: Stata module to fit Weibull distribution by maximum likelihood
Nicholas Cox
Statistical Software Components from Boston College Department of Economics
Abstract:
wbull fits a Weibull distribution to a single variable by the method of maximum likelihood. Frequency weights may be used to fit variables given in frequency distribution form. The distribution is here parameterised by a scale parameter b and a shape parameter c. This is for users of Stata 5, 6 or 7. Users of Stata 8 up should use weibullfit instead.
