Abstract:
fsx is a fork of fs. Both commands list the names of files in compact form. Note that files do not include folders or directories. The change in the fsx fork is that it suppresses hidden Unix files by default (much like the Stata command {help ls} or the Unix command of the same name). These files are revealed with the all option, similar to the "ls -a" syntax in Unix.
Language: Stata
Requires: Stata version 8
Keywords: files; directories; listing (search for similar items in EconPapers)
Date: 2010-01-30
Note: This module should be installed from within Stata by typing "ssc install fsx". The module is made available under terms of the GPL v3 (https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-3.0.txt). Windows users should not attempt to download these files with a web browser.
