RIIGEN: Stata module to generate Variables to Compute the Relative Index of Inequality
Lars E. Kroll ()
Statistical Software Components from Boston College Department of Economics
Abstract:
riigen calculates new variables for a list of determinants that allow to estimate the relative index of inequality in regression models. The relative index of inequality (RII) is a regression-based index of inequality regarding one outcome by levels of a determinant. It is mainly used in Public Health and Epidemiology.
