RANDOMTAG: Stata module to draw observations without replacement
Robert Picard
Statistical Software Components from Boston College Department of Economics
Abstract:
Like Stata's -sample- command, -randomtag- draws observations without replacement. -randomtag- does not discard observations but creates instead an indicator variable that tags observations that are part of the pseudorandom sample. -randomtag- is written in Mata and is much faster than -sample-.
