CPREDICT: Stata module to produce conditional predictions
Florian Wendelspiess Chávez Juárez ()
Statistical Software Components from Boston College Department of Economics
Abstract:
This routine provides a small extension to the built-in command predict by setting some explanatory variables to their sample mean. Hence, we can compute the conditional expectation given that some control variables are at their sample means. This can be very useful when analysing non-linear models and being interested in the relationship between one particular explanatory variable and the dependent variable.
Language: Stata
Requires: Stata version 9.2
