MIPOLATE: Stata module to interpolate values

Abstract:
mipolate interpolates yvar on xvar for missing values of yvar. It uses one of the following methods: linear, cubic, cubic spline, pchip (piecewise cubic Hermite interpolation), idw (inverse distance weighted), forward, backward, nearest neighbour, groupwise. stripolate interpolates string values using forward, background or groupwise interpolation.
