LOWYSEATTLE: Stata module for managing settings and recompiling

Statistical Software Components from Boston College Department of Economics

Abstract: lowyseattle is a prerequisite package for lowyseattlea and/or lowyseattleb. It contains a Mata library, modules for managing settings, and global help files. It also contains the source code (lowyseattle.do) needed to compile the Mata library for different versions of Stata. 'help lowy' will bring up an index to all the lowyseattle commands.
