METAPRED: Stata module producing outlier and influence diagnostics for meta-analysis

Ariel Linden

Statistical Software Components from Boston College Department of Economics

Abstract: metapred extends the currently available post-estimation predictions for meta regress to include standardized residuals, studentized residuals, DFITS, Cook's distance, covariate ratio and DFBETAs (see Viechtbauer and Cheung [2010] for a comprehensive discussion of post-estimation statistics following meta-regression used to assess influence and outliers). All statistics produced by metapred correspond to those produced by the influence() functions in the R package METAFOR (http://www.metafor-project.org/doku.php).

Language: Stata
