Abstract:
hful provides the heteroskedasticity-robust version of the Fuller estimator. hlim provides a jackknife version of the limited-information maximum likelihood estimator. Both are based on Hausman et al., Instrumental variable estimation with heteroskedasticity and many instruments, Quantitative Economics, 2012.
