POWER_ONEROC: Stata module to compute power and sample size for a one-sample ROC test
Ariel Linden
Statistical Software Components from Boston College Department of Economics
Abstract:
power oneroc computes sample size or power for a one-sample receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis, based on equations 2 and 3 in Obuchowski, Lieber and Wians (2004). If auc0 is not specified, the default null hypothesis is set to 0.50, indicating no discrimination ability. Alternatively, the user can specify any value between 0.50 and 1.0 to represent the null hypothesis.
