RESIZE: Stata module to change the graph size but keep the font size unchanged

Abstract:
When changing the sizes of graphs and when combining different graphs, Stata automatically changes the font size (in absolute terms). With this new ado, it becomes easier to control font size and keep it coherent within and, most of all, between figures.
