Niels Henrik Bruun
Statistical Software Components from Boston College Department of Economics
Abstract:
The command cpt is a wrapper for roctab. It generates three matrices: A AUC estimation report; The sensitivity, the specificity, the accuracy, the lr+, and the lr- from roctab at each cut-point value, as well as the PPV, the NPV, and the AUC in each cut-point value.
Language: Stata
Requires: Stata version 15.1
Keywords: ROC curve; sensitivity; specificity (search for similar items in EconPapers)
