SIDE_HISTOGRAM: Stata module to plot side by side histograms

Abstract: side_histogram draws side-by-side histograms for a numeric variable and precisely two groups of a grouping variable OR for precisely two numeric variables. Suppose the bin width is w. Then histogram bars for each bin and group or variable are by default placed side by side, each with bar width w/2.
