Abstract:
tab2diag computes diagnostic test statistics from a 2-by-2 contingency table, including sensitivity, specificity, predictive values, accuracy, likelihood ratios, odds ratio, and the area under the ROC curve. Optionally, complementary error metrics, such as the false negative rate and false discovery rate, are also computed.
