SLIDEVIEWER: Stata module to navigate SMCL slides, presentations, and tutorials in the Stata Viewer

Abstract: slideviewer turns a folder of .smcl files into an interactive presentation or tutorial inside the Stata Viewer, so a deck needs no hard-coded Next and Previous links in each slide. Move through the deck alphabetically with next, prev, first, and last; the navbar option injects a clickable [First] [Prev] [TOC] [Next] [Last] header and footer into any slide as it is shown. slideviewer toc builds a clickable table of contents of every .smcl file in the project directory. The project subdirectory is set once and remembered for the rest of the session. Fully UTF-8 aware.
