GOOGLECHART: Stata module to draw interactive Google Charts (Visualization API) figures from Stata

Eric Booth

Statistical Software Components from Boston College Department of Economics

Abstract: Create a self-contained interactive HTML page, dashboard, or single embeddable iframe from any Stata dataset. Fourteen chart types: column, bar, line, area, combo, pie, donut, scatter, bubble, geo (country + US-state level), timeline, table (with built-in free-text search), histogram, divbar (Pew-style diverging stacked bar). Native filter dropdowns via Google Dashboard + ControlWrapper. Animation on most types. Optional Texas 2036 brand palette + Montserrat typography via tx2036style. Self-contained -- no external Stata package dependencies. The output HTML loads google.charts/loader.js from gstatic.com per Google ToS and therefore requires network access at view time.
