ADDLOGO: Stata module to stamp a logo onto a Stata graph
Eric Booth
Statistical Software Components from Boston College Department of Economics
Abstract:
Stata cannot place a raster image inside the plot region, so addlogo exports the current (or named) graph and composites a logo onto it, sized relative to the graph width so it looks the same at any export resolution. It stamps the current graph, a named graph, a saved .gph, or an already-exported image; nine positions, opacity, and PNG / TIF / JPG / PDF output. The compositing is done by ImageMagick (the "magick" CLI) or by a Python + Pillow helper -- whichever is present (engine(auto)). addlogo [using image] , logo(file) saving(file) [position() scale() ...] ImageMagick (brew install imagemagick), or Python 3 + Pillow (pip install Pillow).
