Abstract: failsafe is a read-only postestimation command that inspects fitted Stata models for metadata and statistical conditions that may warrant review. It reports estimation-sample information, omitted terms, convergence status, variance-covariance problems, user-specified cluster-count thresholds, binary-outcome event counts, categorical cell structure, estimator-reported perfect-prediction metadata, and estimator-native Cox and Fine–Gray event counts when available. The command emits stable signal codes but does not refit models, select specifications, apply a generic events-per-variable rule, or declare a model valid or invalid.
