Theoretical deadlock of the new economic policy

Abstract: The new strategy of Russia’s foreign economic policy aimed at strengthening the sovereignty and independence from external pressure is largely contrary to the principles of a market economy. Because of that the related difficulties arise in solving emerging challenges in the development of the Russian economy.
