Current state and prospects for the development of the distance employment

Abstract: The article presents results of the research conducted by the author on alternative forms of employment. The evolution of the development of alternative forms of employment, their advantages and disadvantages are shown. The current state of the distance employment and prospects for its development are given following the generalization and analysis of the research results of international and Russian consulting companies, assessments of experts in the field of personnel management, as well as the experience of Russian and foreign companies in the use of alternative forms of employment.
