Abstract:
The article is devoted to the study of customary law in Kazakhstan as an important subject in the process of harmonization of national legislations. The study of customary law is characterized as a basis for legal studies of Kazakh and Russian scientists during the XVIII-XXI centuries. The need to continue the joint study of the ordinary (natural) rights by scholars in newly independent states is concluded.
