Abstract:
Functions of forecasting and strategic planning in the system of state regulation of social and economic development of our country repeatedly changed. In the conditions of the sanctions pressure upon economy of Russia, instability of economic interactions and activization of social processes formation of complete and consistent system of strategic planning is relevant. On the example of the tourist and recreational sphere features of development of standard legal bases are considered, the logic and interrelation of documents of strategic planning are analyzed. Recommendations about definition of the target scenario of social and economic development for a long-term outlook are made.
