Abstract: History suggests that overcoming uncertainty - a critical problem for the financial sector both in internal and external aspects. In the first case we are talking about the fact that a similar problem confronts every (professional and nonprofessional) subject to the financial sector. Second - that of its effectiveness depends largely on how solve information problems in the economy as a whole. And here it is necessary to draw attention to the problem of the theoretical development of the concept of information.
