Abstract: This article discusses the issues of natural and economic conditions of climate, vegetation, hydrography, land cover issues of irrigated agriculture in the Republic; problems of salinity and soil erosion here. Studied agriculture in Azerbaijan state and its role in the economy of the country, where it was determined the situation of agriculture and its development, strategy and priorities of the agriculture Republic etc.
