Abstract: This article will examine the key concepts and traits of entrepreneurial action that the author believes are necessary to sustain and grow an Extension unit. The article will examine The Ohio State University South Centers' efforts utilizing these concepts. From this examination, future directions for programming, staffing, and structure will be shared.
