Correlation Between Corruption and Economic Crimes in Housing and Communal Services

Abstract: In this article it is argued that the correlation between crimes committed in one of the most important sectors of the Russian economy - the housing sector. Along with this, the author reasons that the government allocated large sums of money attract criminal gangs in housing and communal services that, in turn, contributes to the Commission along with economic and corruption crimes.
