Abstract:
One of the most widely used data products published by the Economic Research Service of the U.S. Department of Agriculture is the farm-wholesale-retail meat price spread series. The meat price spread data have had several changes over time because of changes in the marketplace. This cooperative agreement reviews the ERS data product to keep the product up with the times.
