Successful Joint Ventures Among Farmer Cooperatives

Abstract: This report describes development, purposes, operations, and challenges of four successful joint ventures among dairy cooperatives. Provides guidelines applicable to any cooperative for deciding whether to enter into a joint venture with one or more cooperatives, and how to structure such a venture to maximize the chances of achieving its objectives.
