Abstract: The tendencies of modern demographic crisis in Ukraine, in particular reduction in fertility rates, increased mortality, unstable migration trends that turned into a demographic crisis factors in the formation of which was unfavorable economic environment, difficult social conditions of life, poor health care system, etc. . Pointed out in direct and indirect factors shaping the demographic crisis. Investigated aspects and factors influencing the formation of the demographic crisis in Ukraine and develop proposals to eliminate its negative effects. The content of the concept of the demographic crisis and proanalizuvano main problems of state regulation demographic protsesaiv. The term demographic crisis is a deep strain Reproduction associated with extremely low fertility, low duration and high mortality. In recent years, Ukraine experienced a period of severe demographic crisis. Now our country is one of the last places in the world in terms of fertility and at the same time has one of the highest indices of mortality.
