Abstract:
In the article the relevance of the development of theoretical foundations and organizational innovation processes in post-graduate education. It is proved that the main goal of the state innovation policy for development of postgraduate education is to create conditions for personal development and creative self every citizen of Ukraine, educating generations of people able to work effectively and learn throughout life, to preserve and increase the value of national culture and civil society to develop and build a sovereign, independent, democratic, social and legal state as an integral part of the European and world community.
