Abstract:
The article considers issues related to the formation of leadership in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The practices and training programs for leaders, both in Ukraine and in its Armed Forces, are analyzed. Problems, obstacles and difficulties that arise in the process of forming a military leader are studied.
