Drivers and Characteristics of High Performing Organizations

Abstract: Research is still non-conclusive of the fact that why some Organizations in the same industry perform consistently so well but others with the same set of opportunities cant. There are fewer consensuses on drivers and characteristics of High Performing Organization. Even the term High Performing Organizations has been defined and interpreted in different ways by different authors. This paper is aimed at exploring drivers of High Performing Organization and characteristics of such organizations. This study has also developed a conceptual framework for High Performing Organizations which can be further tested in future studies.
