Abstract:
This paper analyses the segment of the financial industry that comprises the set of digital applications designed to support the process of decarbonization and transition to environmental sustainability, which is known as Climate Fintech. Italy's special focus is on green equity crowdfunding and digital green lending solutions; however, automated applications for measuring environmental profiles are used to a lesser extent than in the rest of the sample.
