Abstract:
In ‘Big Society’, David Cameron launched the most successful neologism of the 2010 general election campaign. But, as Maurice Glasman argues, the Big Society introduces – or reintroduces – some substantial ideas about democracy and devolution, and has started a political conversation that the left needs to join.
