Abstract: The article substantiates optimal redistribution of rental income in the agricultural domain. We consider three stages of rental income redistribu¬tion. This article defines conditions for the forma¬tion of different types of land rent. The author suggests forms of differential extraction, absolute and monopolistic land rent by different subjects of rent relations.
