Abstract: As globalization and technology accelerate changes in business, today's global leaders need to acquire a set of competencies that will enable them to realize their vision and manage the business effectively. The primary objective of this paper is to compile a list of key managerial attributes, based on literature research and analysis, that are required in today's intercultural environment in order to operate successfully in a competitive environment. The paper is divided into three parts that seek to provide a comprehensive view of the issue under study and explore a new perspective on management in the field of the development of multicultural workplaces and identify the challenges for global leaders in current rapidly changing world. Based on the research and analysis, we were able to compile a set of key characteristics that global leaders should possess in order to effectively manage companies and employees.
