Abstract: This article deals withanextension ofthematching modelwith a heterogeneous labourfactor.It describesamodel ofthe labourmarketdisaggregatedintoseveralqualifications, specifyingthemicroeconomicbasesofwageformationforeach. Calibrated using data on theFrench economy, it can be used to evaluatea range of economic policy measures, suchas an increase in the minimum wage and exemptions from social security contributions targeting the low-paid.
