Le concept d'acteurs du développement chez les pionniers du développement: Albert Otto Hirschman et François Perroux

Mondes en développement, 2003, vol. 124, issue 4, 9-31
Abstract:
A.O. Hirschman and F. Perroux are some founders of development economics. Proximities are strong between these two main economists. They construct a specific corpus which differes from neoclassical, keynesian and marxist schools in terms of unbalanced sequences or stakeholder's power. On the other hand their theoretical, methodological and philosophical foundations are different. This text analyzes with comparative approach the role of stakeholders in Hirschman and Perroux theories then it presents critical analysis and revival of their theory.
