Abstract: Heritage is taking a growing place in regional planning policies. We want to approach this concept using the specific resource tools built from research in localized production systems. This allows us to cross-analyse the concepts of resource and heritage, which helps us to complete our initial theoretical point of view. Finally we propose a new form of resource which we call ?territorial?, and the first pieces of its definition.
