L'explicitation du rôle des relations sociales dans les mécanismes de développement territorial

Abstract:
Territorial development portrays a set of stakeholders who must be co-ordinated to define a common project. Mobilising two theoretical approaches (the economics of proximity and social capital), we analyse the question of local co-ordination. We show that social ties contain specific resources which can increase territorial development potentialities. Our analysis states thus how social relationships influence territorial dynamics.
