Abstract:
The concept of guidance (or professional coaching) is becoming larger and tends to cover a wider category of population. This concept tends to be ubiquitous in the field of labour market policies, without being clearly outlined. In this article we?ll try to get a better understanding of the whole system and issues around this concept, by analyzing the frame of reference of the French administration in charge of employment policies.
