Abstract: The main objective of this article is is to provide a brief theoretical perspective regarding sustainable fiscal policy within the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. Moreover, this study also includes certain relevant empirical statistics on the main macroeconomic indicators for the countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
