Abstract:
Consumer behavior is changing in terms of online commerce. Both the changes that occur at the level of companies and external factors have led consumers to look more optimally at the online environment. The covid-19 pandemic has accelerated the transition to an adaptation to the online space and determined the traditional consumer to move from online shopping. This paper presents the typology of the consumer who has passed in the online environment and who will continue to use these services being motivated by the advantages of a click.
