Abstract: This is not a report about just any crop and just any country. It is a report about tobacco, which is the foremost cause of preventable death in th world today, and India, which is the second largest country in the world, with a billion plus population. This report is also an examination of the methods and tools available to reduce, prevent and control tobacco use.
