HUMAN RIGHTS BETWEEN ABUSE AND NON-DISCRIMINATION

Abstract: We started researching on human rights based on the common law (Romanian Constitution, the civil code and the code of civil procedure) and continuing with the particular law, for the prevention of and sanction of all forms of discrimination. In our study we follow the method of protecting human rights in relation to free access to justice, to the abuse of law or procedural rights, non-discrimination and solutions of causes to the European Court of Human Rights.
