Abstract: The primary aim of this research is to identify key factors influencing Start-Up success. This study is based on in-depth interviews including three senior executives from Israeli international industry. Content was analyzed to reveal factors affecting success. In addition, research uncovered several key factors such as management skills, marketing knowledge and team quality, each of which was closely associated with business success. This work is the first to incorporate factors most affecting Start-Up success and should help entrepreneurs and / or managers leading such organizations take actions to increase their chances of success.
