Abstract:
This paper deal with cooperative banks. We discuss banalisation and cooperative identity trying to identify two faces of cooperative identity, in terms of rules and organisation in one hand, and in terms of labor cooperation in other one. Four dimensions are used to observe potential conflicts linked with the destabilisation of cooperative identity. Then, we present modalities of reconquest of cooperative identity in both strategic and axiologic terms. Finally, we observe that this reconquest is unfinished, because the labor framework is insufficiently analysed and connected with the organisational framework.
